A shop that is behaving badly
If a shop using Kasa has treated you dishonestly, tell us. The sale is between you and that shop, so we cannot settle it, but we do act on shops that break our rules.
- support@kasarm.com
- Include the shop name, the number you messaged and what happened. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed.
Security reports
Found a weakness in Kasa? Tell us before telling anyone else and give us a fair chance to fix it. We do not pursue anyone who reports responsibly.
Formal and legal notices
Anything that has to be served, and questions about the agreements on this site.
- support@kasarm.com
- The legal documents are all published here.
Where we are
Kasa is built and run in Accra, Ghana, for sellers here.
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00 GMT. Ghana keeps GMT all year.
What to tell us
Two lines save a whole exchange. Tell us your shop name and the WhatsApp number it runs on, and say what you expected to happen next to what actually happened. If a screen showed you a reference code, include it. That code points us straight at the record of what went wrong, and it turns a long conversation into a short one.
